Carmex Healing Cream & Hydrating Lotion {Review + Giveaway}

I have two kiddos aged two and under.  Let me tell you something about this time in my life - I am constantly washing someone's face or hands, the highchair tray, the kitchen table or counters, and pretty much any other thing you can imagine. And with all that washing, my hands are in pretty serious danger of being extremely dry!

So, when Carmex offered to send me their Healing Lotion and Hydrating Cream, I knew I would give them a try.  Anything to keep my hands soft and smooth - mommies don't have time to worry about dry skin!

The Healing Cream is a go-to item when your skin is at its worst.  You know what I'm talking about - the mid-winter cracked, scaly skin that hurts if you move wrong!  This cream is quick to alleviate pain and help restore your skin to its natural state.  The cream features extra lanolin, petrolatum and allantoin to moisturize skin in a hurry.

The Hydrating Lotion formula contains vitamin E and aloe vera, and works well as a daily, preventative moisturizer.  This lotion absorbs into the skin quickly and lasts for a long time - both important things for mamas with little ones getting into mischief every chance they get!

Both the cream and lotion are surprisingly non-greasy, and absorb into the skin quickly.  These products are available in a small size, too, which I've found to be great for tossing in a purse or diaper bag for when I am on the go. 

Just because winter is (finally) almost over doesn't mean it's time to give up on skincare!  Let me know your thoughts if you give Carmex a try!
