Green Toys Safe Seas Seaplane Giveaway {#SummerSweeping Hop}

It's not a secret that my three-year-old, Lincoln, loves vehicles, so when I had the chance to take a peek at the Safe Seas Seaplane set from Green Toys, I knew he was going to love it. 

I've made a lot of changes in our home lately, limiting the unhealthy things that we put into our bodies, especially. I've also started taking a closer look at some of our toys - not all play things are created equally, and there are some items I've decided to eliminate from our collection due to the way they are made. I've heard of Green Toys Inc. many times before now, but this seaplane is the first from this brand to make its way into our house. I wasn't sure we really needed another vehicle in our house - but I knew Lincoln would enjoy it! And now that we have it, I know it won't be our last Green Toy!

Green Toys features a fantastic line of classic toys which constructed from recycled plastic and other environmentally friendly material - like milk jugs. How cool is that? Each toy from this company contains no traceable amounts of Phthalates or BPA and is packaged in an environmentally friendly package. There are no zip ties to cut or annoying strings to detach. The toys are designed for years of rough toddler play. Our seaplane has already survived many crashes at the hands of Lincoln, and I'm sure will see many more - yet it looks brand new. When my kids inevitable drag it outside, I don't have to worry about it going for a splash dive in our water table - because Green Toys are dishwasher safe! That alone is a reason that this mom can heartily recommend this company!

This SafeSeas Seaplane is a limited edition (in a special color) and comes with a copy of Joel Harper's children's book All the Way to the Ocean (Freedom Three Publishing). Lincoln loves it and Addie enjoys flying it around the room, too. Overall, it has been a big hit in our house and I know that I'll be taking a peek at Green Toys' selection when birthdays and Christmas roll around.
