Disclosure: I received sample products to review. No other
compensation was received and all views expressed are my own. Also, this is one of my favorite holiday gift guide posts. It's possible I've been wearing this shirt for three days in a row....
Moms don't get enough sleep. We all know it. We (sort of) embrace it. We complain about our exhaustion. We try not to complain about how many hours we saw on the clock last night. But in the end, regardless of how we handle our sleep deprivation, we all have to just survive it. Sometimes, the best way to do that is to just admit that you're not handling it well.
I have literally not stopped laughing since I received this awesome set of shirts to review. If an article of clothing can make me laugh even while getting a less than average amount of sleep at night, it clearly has something going for it to begin with - am I right?
Hello Merch sent us a set of "I'm So Tired" and "I'm Not Tired" t-shirts. Addie thinks it's cool that she gets to have a "matching" shirts and I think that this may be one of the comfiest pieces of clothing in my entire wardrobe. This shirt was made for tired moms...I have worn it in public, while sleeping, while giving my kids a bath, and during everything else that gets thrown at me during normal everyday mom life.
Do you have a new mom on your gift-giving list this Christmas? I'm guessing she would probably get a huge kick out of this shirt set.
Made in a poly-cotton blend, these shirts have held up well through many washings at our house already, and I think we will probably wear them until they are literally falling apart. Hello offers a whole range of items in this design - sweatshirts, pillowcases, and a big variety of color options in t-shirts and bodysuits for sleepless little infants.
I have my eye on a whole bunch of other items in the Hello Merch store and want to get Lincoln an "I'm Not Tired" shirt too, so we can have a perfect trifecta of shirts when we go out in public. Is that weird? It doesn't matter. We'll just chalk it up to sleep deprivation!
Every time we wear these shirts, we get lots of smiles and nods of understanding. Wearing this attire is like letting out a mom secret...that yeah, we're trying to do it all, but we're exhausted while doing it. And our kids? They never need sleep!
Shop online for these shirts and other awesome things at Hello Merch, or follow along on Twitter for the latest sales and updates! Hello Merch is an independent company that functions as an outlet for artists to manufacture and sell merchandise online and
on tour, without giving up their rights by signing major label-style
merch contracts. And let's face it - that's pretty awesome!
Thanks to Hello Merch for providing my sample products. No other compensation was received and all views expressed are my own.
